The Minnesota Youth Leadership Council, in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, is proud to invite you to join us at the 2nd ANNUAL FOSTER CHILD AND YOUTH DAY ON THE HILL to advocate for foster care youth rights.

Join us and organizations from across the State of Minnesota to give youth a VOICE and advocate for issues important to youth in foster care – and basic rights of ALL YOUNG PEOPLE.

1:30 PM: Rally in the Capitol Building Rotunda
